Horsey Sauce
Everybody that’s tasted this has always asked me to give them the recipe, but I’ve rarely given it out… now I’m sharing it with you! It’s really a very simply combo of ingredients, but it really adds that great flavorful punch to burgers & other grilled sandwiches.
Serves: 2
Ingredients
1/4 cup mayonnaise (Smart Balance light mayo is a good choice)
1 Tblsp ketchup
1 Tblsp Boar’s Head Pub Style Horseradish sauce
1 tsp spicy brown mustard
Fresh ground black pepper, 5 pepper mill turns
Directions
1. Add all the ingredients to a 1 cup glass bowl & stir till completely combined. Serve or cover & refrigerate. Best flavor is attained if you remove it from the frig 30 minutes before serving.
