Revised & updated 2/6/2021 - Easy to put together & goes from oven to table in no time. The cooking method insures that the salmon is very tender, succulent, delicious & the cleanup is basically nonexistent. which is always a plus! For a complete meal, serve with Jasmine Rice on the side.

Revised & updated 1/12/2021 - Once you discover how easy & relatively inexpensive it is to make Snow Crab Legs at home, compared to ordering it in a restaurant, you'll wonder why you never did it before! I like to serve Snow Crab Legs with a side of mashed potatoes & either corn, steamed broccoli or a vegetable medley like carrots, summer squash & broccoli.

Garlic tastes fantastic when it's roasted, very different from raw garlic. I like to make a lot of it at once & store it in the freezer. That way, I always have it on hand to use in a variety of recipes, on pizza, in soups, spread it on bread or rolls... the uses are endless!

Without a doubt, this is the easiest recipe I've ever created. Bright & colorful, it's especially delicious served with your favorite Mexican dish. I've also served it with steak, chicken & even ribs. For a terrific lunch or light dinner for #MeatlessMonday, serve it on top of a bed of organic baby greens like a kale/spinach blend or whatever baby greens you like.
This travels well, so it's a great dish to bring to a party, picnic or pot luck. Simply double, triple or quadruple the ingredients & you're all set!

Crock-Pot Smoky Baby Back Ribs
There's nothing like baby back ribs with the meat falling off the bones. I love this recipe because not only is it incredibly delicious, but it's so easy! In the summertime I like to cook ribs outdoors in my smoker grill & serve them with grilled corn on the cob, potato salad & coleslaw. In the winter, I sometimes have cravings for ribs & this is the recipe I turn to. Serve it with mashed potatoes or fries & a vegetable or side salad & you have yourself a real comfort meal. Once you try it, I just know you'll be making it over & over again.
