The question is... what can't you use this on? It's so great as a topping/garnish on all Mexican Dishes like Tacos, Chili, Burritos, Huevos Rancheros & so on. I use it on my Loaded Mexican Hot Dogs along with mustard (see recipe in the Sandwiches category). I also love it on scrambled eggs, it gives them a scrumptious creaminess... I'm sure you'll love it!
Get out of the doldrums with the same old boring hot dog & move on to this spicy, tasty version!
A chef at a posh country club buffet gave me the ingredients for this terrific steak dipping sauce. Unfortunately, he didn't share the measurements for each ingredient. So, I made it at home & after about 5 tries I nailed it! I usually serve this with steak or prime rib, but you can also use it to add a kick to other food items (see Tip# 1).

Without a doubt, this is the easiest recipe I've ever created. Bright & colorful, it's especially delicious served with your favorite Mexican dish. I've also served it with steak, chicken & even ribs. For a terrific lunch or light dinner for #MeatlessMonday, serve it on top of a bed of organic baby greens like a kale/spinach blend or whatever baby greens you like.
This travels well, so it's a great dish to bring to a party, picnic or pot luck. Simply double, triple or quadruple the ingredients & you're all set!

This salsa salad pairs up nicely with both Mexican & some Seafood dishes. It's so healthy, amazingly easy to prepare & if you have more than 2 people to serve... just double, triple or quadruple the recipe & you can serve the whole gang!

Everybody that's tasted this has always asked me to give them the recipe, but I've rarely given it out... now I'm sharing it with you! It's really a very simply combo of ingredients, but it really adds that great flavorful punch to burgers & other grilled sandwiches.
On a cold day, there's nothing more comforting & delicious than sipping on this hot cider. The warm, soothing spices, citrus & apple are a blend made in heaven! Don't limit yourself to serving this hot, this cider also makes a very refreshing cold drink on a hot summer day.

My favorite restaurant for ordering hot/spicy buffalo wings has the best Ranch Dip I've ever had. They wouldn't share the recipe, so I took some home & after many tries I was able to recreate it and the results tastes exactly like theirs. I mostly serve this dip with wings, along with cut up celery sticks & whole scallions. This also makes a great dip for a cut up fresh vegetable platter or as a dressing for your favorite salad.
Yield: 3 - 1/4 cup servings
Serve this irresistible sauce, instead of tartar sauce, as a dipping side for your favorite seafood. I feel that tartar sauce covers up the taste of most fish, whereas this sauce enhances the flavor. It's especially tasty on salmon, trout & crabcakes. I've also used it, draped lightly, on a variety of vegetables with great success & rave reviews from those I've served it to!
