Creamy Dill Sauce

Serve this irresistible sauce, instead of tartar sauce, as a dipping side for your favorite seafood. I feel that tartar sauce covers up the taste of most fish, whereas this sauce enhances the flavor. It's especially tasty on salmon, trout & crabcakes. I've also used it, draped lightly, on a variety of vegetables with great success & rave reviews from those I've served it to!
Serves: 2 to 4
1 Add all ingredients to a small glass container with a lid & stir till well combined. Cover & refrigerate for 2 hours or more.
2 For maximum flavor, remove from frig about 30 minutes before serving
3 Serve in condiment cups alongside your favorite fish.
